Simple event data note

Privacy by small-event design.

LightReservation only asks for the details needed to run a reservation: contact name, email address, guest names, optional guest notes, ticket IDs, reservation status and door check-in status.

These details are used for the guest list, ticket emails, ticket recovery, organizer exports and QR door check-in. They are not turned into public attendee profiles.

The organizer of each event is responsible for handling exported guest lists and backups carefully, and for deleting or archiving old event data when it is no longer needed.

Guests do not need an account. They can reopen their ticket link from the event page with the same contact name and email used for the reservation.
